Sugar Defender drops: Did it actually lower your fasting glucose or reduce 3 PM crashes?

I'm in pre-diabetes territory with morning fasting numbers hovering around 114-118 mg/dL. My doctor wants me on metformin if I can't get it below 100 by December. Keep seeing ads for Sugar Defender liquid drops formulated with Eleuthero, Coleus, and Gymnema Sylvestre. Can anyone share actual CGM (continuous glucose monitor) data or fasting blood stick numbers after 4-8 weeks? Please no marketing fluff, just genuine numbers.

I bought one bottle and only used it for 12 days before getting impatient because my morning finger prick didn't change a single point. I called ClickBank support for a refund. They gave me my money back immediately. Later learned these herbal adaptogens like Gymnema need at least 30 to 45 days to saturate beta-cell receptors. If you expect an overnight pharmaceutical drop like insulin, you will be disappointed.

I ran a Dexcom G7 CGM experiment for 60 days on Sugar Defender. Here is the biochemical reality: Gymnema Sylvestre blocks sweet taste receptors on the tongue and intestinal glucose absorption, while Chromium and African Mango enhance insulin sensitivity. Days 1-14: Zero noticeable change in morning fasting numbers. Days 15-30: My post-meal spikes after lunch carb intake decreased from 165 mg/dL to 138 mg/dL. Day 45+: Fasting glucose dropped from an average of 116 to 102 mg/dL. It is NOT an acute insulin secretagogue; it operates by blunting postprandial glucose excursions and stabilizing late afternoon cortisol crashes.

Warning for anyone ordering: Amazon is flooded with unsealed plastic dropper bottles labeled 'Sugar Defender 24' from third-party drop-shippers with zero active eleuthero. The real formula is manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility and comes sealed in amber glass bottles. The official warehouse dispatch link is dealsdirectdaily.com/ia/sugar-defender. Stick to the 60-day guaranteed portal.

Greg, that Dexcom G7 breakdown is gold. Exactly the real data I was looking for. The postprandial blunting makes total sense given Gymnema's mechanism. Ordering the 3-bottle pack today through the direct warehouse link.

How bad is the taste? Do you drop it directly under the tongue or mix with water?

Slight herbal/earthy taste due to the maca and eleuthero. Best to hold under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing, or mix into 2 oz of morning green tea.
